Thought for the Day: What is Happiness?

Deepak Chopra said that unhappiness is the result of not knowing who you really are.

Who you really are IS the energy you are choosing to experience right now.

So happiness is simply the act of noticing the energy you are choosing to experience right now and recognizing that that energy is you.

Becoming happier over time is nothing more than practicing this skill to the point where you can do this during an increasing variety of situations.
