How to Eliminate Fear From Your Life and Be Happy

Fear is a feeling of certainty that a thought or a thing will choose the energy we experience for us.


The cause of fear is the belief that a thought or a thing can choose the energy we experience for us.


The reason that we keep believing that a thought or a thing can choose the energy we experience for us, is that that same belief is also the cause of hope:


Fear is feeling certain that a thought or a thing can choose the energy we experience in a negative way and hope is feeling certain that a thought or a thing can choose the energy we experience in a positive way.


Both fear and hope are based on the one assumption that a thought or a thing can choose the energy we experience for us, so essentially fear and hope are the same thing.


All it takes to eliminate fear from your life is to stop believing that a thought or a thing can choose the energy we experience for us.


In order to eliminate that belief though, you also have to be willing to eliminate hope from your life



and simply notice that it is always only you that can choose the energy you experience in every situation.


This is emotional freedom beyond all fear and hope.
