Here are 5 questions to empower yourself to get over sh**t.

You might experience getting over sh**t more like getting through, around and bigger than the sh**t to the point it’s no longer sh**t anymore.

If you find yourself in some sh**t, ask yourself:

  1. How have I been assuming this has the power to stop me from choosing the energy I want to feel now?

  2. What would it feel like to be absolutely certain I could choose the energy I want to feel in this situation from now on? Let yourself fully feel what it would feel like.

  3. What would I have to believe is true to make this a reality?

  4. What would I have to no longer believe is true to make this a reality?

  5. What would have to happen in order for this new positive belief or these new positive beliefs to be my main belief(s) about this situation from now on?
