New Album "7 Minutes" Released Today

We're releasing our 30th Album called "7 Minutes" today! This album is a collection of songs written in 7 minutes or less. I started using the 7 minute song writing as an exercise in college when I had very little time but wanted to improve the skill of songwriting. I shared it with many people over the years including Catherine who used it to write many of the songs on her EP "Lucky". It's often surprising how the songs turn out with no time to judge the process - it's funny how you end up trusting your instincts and the universe when you have no choice.
