Thought for the Day:
I woke up today feeling less than awesome. Something was bugging me but I didn’t know what. I just felt bad.
So I asked myself (question 1):
“What am I believing is not possible in order to feel this way?”
I asked this a few times and the answer that came back surprised me.
The answer was:
That I can always be the way I want and have the life I want with the way things currently are.
I instantly recognized that I’d been carrying this belief around most of my life and that this one pattern has continually been recreating the circumstances for that reality to be true for me.
So I continued into the process of changing the belief.
I asked myself (question 2):
“How would I feel if I knew this was possible?”
The answer came back as:
Empowered, excited, free and giggly (yes giggly)
So then I plugged my answers into the belief change pattern,
“The more I am feeling (the answer to question 2) no matter what happens, the more (answer to question 1) or something even better will happen.”
So mine was:
The more I am feeling empowered, excited, free and giggly (yes giggly) no matter what happens, the more I can always be the way I want and have the life I want with the way things currently are or something even better will happen.
I instantly felt a change to the way I was feeling and knew that the old belief was now non-operational in my life. I can feel it. I’m already noticing different thought patterns and ideas coming in also.
